With more than 27 years of tissue culture work and more than 18 years working in IVF and related fields, Angela Ho has a wide and comprehensive experience of managing complex cases of male and female infertility.
She has founded three out of the eight MOH-accredited fertility centres in Singapore, and the first successful centre in the Philippines. She has also started JSH Fertility Centre in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and The IVF Centre in Anugerah Hospital, Semarang, Indonesia. She is frequently asked to consult for other centres around the region.

First delivery in Singapore from thawed embryos. |
| 1990 |
First delivery in Asia using sperm retrieved microsurgically from the epididymis of a male with block vas deference using conventional IVF. |
| 1991 |
First delivery in Asia of thawed embryos resulting from donated ova for treatment of premature menopausal patients. |
| 1992 |
First delivery in Singapore from the transfer of embryos fertilised by SUZI using microsurgically retrieved epididymal sperm for the treatment of severe male infertility. |
| 1994 |
First delivery in Singapore using testicular biopsied sperm and ICSI. |
| 1995 |
First delivery in Singapore of twins using frozen testicular biopsied sperm and ICSI. |
| 1996 |
- First delivery in Asia of twins using immature rounds cell spermatid and ICSI.
- Twin delivery using assisted hatching technique from a patient who had failed three other IVF attempts.
- The world's first successful delivery of twins from embryos that had been frozen for six and a half years.
- Established the first successful IVF centre in the Philippines.
- First birth from IVF in the Philippines.

First pregnancy and delivery conceived through using testicular biopsied sperm in the Philippines. |
| 1999 |
Established Camden Fertility Centre in Singapore. |
| 2000 |
Succeeded in using the ejaculated sperm of an azoospermic (extremely sub-fertile) man who had so many testicular biopsies by numerous urologists all over the world that he refused to have any further surgical procedures. Fertilised all 6 eggs obtained from his wife using ICSI and she became pregnant with quads. |
| 2001 |
First delivery in Philippines of quadruplets. Three girls and One boy delivered at 38 weeks gestation. See above patient. |
| 2002 |
Established CAREPL in Singapore. |
| 2004 |
Established JSH Fertility Centre at Johor Specialist Hospital. |
